Good info there... makes many see the glaring three-digit change at the bottom and wonder how/why that became. Especially when you consider it is the decade after 9/11 and you can have such masses cross the border with no ID's, no trace and no intention to follow the law by breaking in. HO-CO has been spared relatively- many should be thankful to the leaders who enabled this or our crime rate would soar..am not even talking of the usual tax burden, neighborhood blight, pop explosion or labor issues.
